My Journey as a Production Coordinator started a couple of years ago, In this time I was able to be part of some awesome projects, find in this section a Brief Description on how I collaborated in the following projects
Prep and Landing: The Snowball Protocol (2025)
On Prep and Landing, I was credited as the CG Assets Production Coordinator. I was responsible for overseeing the Design, Modeling, Texturing, Rigging, and Grooming departments, as well as managing kickback notes from downstream teams.
This was one of ICON’s first projects to integrate Design into the pipeline, so we collaborated closely with other production teams to address new questions and challenges as they arose.
The project also required consistent communication with the client through various channels. I hosted and attended review calls to stay ahead of their creative direction, maintained daily communication via email, and handled all client deliveries while keeping a detailed registry of their feedback and notes.
Mickey and the Very Many Christmases (2024)
With the team at ICON Creative Studios we collaborted with Wild Canary Studios to bring to life the Christmas adventure of Mickey and Friends.
I was CG Production Coordinator for the Assets and Rigging Department in this project.
- Worked with supervisors to add bids and assign tasks to artist considering their past performance, prefrences and aptitudes.
- Coordinated communication between departments, flagging goals and priorities and kickback notes, ensuring everyone in our team was making the correct decisions.
Minnie's Bow Toons: Pet Hotel
This Project was done in parallel with the Mickey Christmas Special mentioned above at ICON Creative Studio.
Similarly, I coordinated Assets and Rigging Department, with the added step of Grooming all the flufy pets seen on this show and all the technical challenges this represented.
- Scheduled everyday task for artists
- Worked with supervisors to add bids and assign tasks
- Coordinated communication between departments
- Hosted and prepared meetings to keep them organized and productive
- Managed multiple deliveries and sends to client.
Alice in Wonderland Bakery (Season 2)
This was my first approach to the world of Production, I came in to help in the final episodes of the Second season of this wonderful show.
I joined the team to coordinate the Assets and Rigging Department, this including the Grooming.
Kept track of other departments priorities, manage kickback notes from dowstream departments and coordinated deliveries on this project.
